Krasnoyarsk Governor Alexander Khloponin stated that image of Krasnoyarsk suburbs should be reconstructed.
Khloponin drove along the highway heading to Krasnoyarsk from the airport side during his work trip around Krasnoyarsk construction grounds on April 11. The head of the region assessed the situation and stated, "When one enters our city, is very difficult to see it is a very beautiful city." "We must get Krasnoyarsk rid of barracks and build wide highways to make the city loko modern," Khloponin stated.
 
Krasnoyarsk has got very big prospects, he noted. "It is planned to invest hundreds of billions of dollars in construction in the city including "Krasnoyarsk 2020" project. Krasnoyarsk needs just its own ideology," the governor said.
