The Jury Board of Krasnoyarsk 380th Anniversary Best Logo has chosen a winner. Krasnoyarsk Deputy Mayor Vasily Kuimov announced it on April 3.

The winner of the contest of 160 projects is Stanislav Gladchenko, who depicted sun-framed Krasnoyarsk coat of arms and the Chapel, which is the symbol of Krasnoyarsk, under it. This project will become an official symbol of Krasnoyarsk 380th Anniversary for five years. It will be printed on all the souvenirs for the celebration of Krasnoyarsk anniversary.

"It was not an easy task to choose the best project as there were a lot of interesting works sent for the competition," Vasily Kuimov said. "However, it was for this project that I voted at all the three stages of the contest. I liked it whole-heartedly from the very beginning. And now I would like to invite everyone to City Day, which will be celebrated with this symbol".

Stanislav Gladchenko has won the second contest for the best symbol for Krasnoyarsk City Day. Krasnoyarsk has celebrated last five birthdays with symbols by the same author. Moreover, the new logo reminds the previous one very much.

The author will receive $2,000 from the funds sponsored for the contest for his victory.
