Nameless pass of Sayan Mountains may be called in honor of Abakan

A nameless pass in the Sayan Mountains, Khakasia, may be called in honor of Abakan. That was suggested by coaches of Abakan Tourism Sport School, participants of a 185-mile skiing tour around the Sayan Mountains. Buryat pass, which the participants of the tour called 'Abankanskiy', is 'a white spot' on the map of Russian skiing tourism, in their opinion. The press service of Abakan administration reports that sportsmen are going to achieve registration of 'Abankanskiy' Pass in Moscow. It will become an original present for the 75th anniversary of Abakan.
