An 11-year-old boy was near killed under a block of flats collapsed in Krasnoyarsk. Rescuers of emergency group of Rescue Service managed to draw the child from under the obstructions. He was delivered to the hospital with an arm trauma. As the directorate of Civil Defense and Emergencies of Krasnoyarsk informed, a special commission will be investigating the reasons of the collapse. They pointed out that the house had been to be demolished and was fenced and guarded, in accordance with the rules.
