The territorial festival ‘Migrant cultural capital’ finished in Achinsk.
Performances of the best territorial creative collectives, book and photo exhibitions devoted to the history of the territory were held in Achinsk culture houses and museums from March, 18 to 20.
Achinsk has become the third city after Minusinsk and Kansk, where the festival ‘Migrant cultural capital’ has been held. The festival was organized by the initiative group ‘Culture and art figures for the territorial uniting’, including Zoya Blagikh, the chief of Directorate for Culture, Anatoliy Bardin, the conductor of Krasnoyarsk People’s Philharmonic Orchestra. The initiative group was directed by Gennadiy Rouksha, an honored cultural official of RF.
According to him, this festival is intended for uniting people and the territories of Krasnoyarsk Territory, united some time ago, through culture. Lesosibirsk will become the next ‘cultural capital’ for three days. Creative groups will perform in Dudinka from April, 1 to 3, and the festival will be held in Tura, the capital of Evenkia, from April, 8 to 10.
